Refund Policy

Refunds may be provided at our discretion if services have not commenced. Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on work completed.

Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful completion of LCA services, clients agree to:

  • Respond to information requests in a timely manner
  • Designate a primary contact person for the project
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary methodologies

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final LCA reports and results. However, we retain ownership of our methodologies, tools, and know-how used in the assessment process.

Use of Results

Clients may use LCA results for their intended business purposes, including regulatory compliance, marketing, and internal decision-making, provided they accurately represent the scope and limitations of the study.

Limitations and Disclaimers

Service Limitations

  • LCA results are based on data provided by the client and available databases
  • Results may vary based on assumptions and methodological choices
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or regulatory approval
  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or results.

Project Timeline and Delivery

Standard Timelines

  • Result-Only: 2-3 weeks from data receipt
  • Screening LCA: 4-6 weeks from data and information confirmation
  • Detail LCA: 6-10 weeks from data and information confirmation
  • Rush delivery available for 25% surcharge

Delays

Timelines may be extended due to incomplete data, client delays in feedback, or unforeseen technical complexities. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Termination

Either party may terminate services under the following conditions:

  • Material breach of these Terms (with 30 days notice to cure)
  • Mutual agreement of both parties
  • Non-payment of fees (after 30 days notice)
  • Client's failure to provide necessary data or cooperation

Upon termination, payment is due for all work completed to date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
